An inclusive mindset consists of five characteristics which when combined lead to new possibilities, greater creativity, innovative solutions, and increased performance. It is fundamental to building an environment in which people feel safe, engaged, and acknowledged for their contributions.

Bridging the Gender Communication Abyss: Increasing Communication Effectiveness

This lively session examines unconscious biases and the way they influence communication and interactions in the workplace. Communication effectiveness leads to increased individual, team, and organizational success. It helps reduce the “invisible” barriers to career advancement that often occur due to miscommunication.
